Challenge: Daddy-O approached RDS with several game concepts but needed help with developing and finding manufacturing partners. The concepts involved printed paper, fabric materials, and tin packaging. This product line required a variety of manufacturing partners that were the right size and fit for Daddy-O, which was relatively new to game industry and producing smaller volumes compared to larger game companies at the time.
Approach: Using our deep experience in the game and toy industry, RDS was able to quickly identify manufacturing partners for all materials that were a good fit for the volume required by Daddy-O. We were than able to develop a plan and timeline to help Daddy-O bring their games to market.
Outcome: Within six months. RDS sourced, quoted, developed, and began production on two games which helped Daddy-O bring their products to market meeting all three of their initial goals including timeline, budget, and quality standards.
