Challenge: When Snupi Technologies contacted RDS, they had just begun EVT, the first phase of the validation process. At that stage of their growth, they had a great team of design engineers, but lacked production and operations expertise. They brought RDS in to guide the team and suppliers through the remaining stages of the validation process and also asked us to drive the process of UL certification to be ready for mass production.

Approach: RDS used our skills in development, manufacturing, testing, and quality to define an appropriate plan to achieve the goals set by Snupi. We embedded with the Snupi team, directly interacting with their engineering team and manufacturing partners.

Outcome: RDS successfully moved “Wally” through each phase using a process developed through years of experience. UL approved certification was awarded on the first attempt enabling Snupi Technologies to successfully begin mass production on time and within budget.
